1988 F150 5.0 Locked Up

Well I have almost 3k into it with the receipts for everything.I just recently pulled my intake off to do a new fuel rail and injectors and didn't do an oil change before I tried to start it up again so it's locked up.

I have done:

Feul Rail

Heater Core

Plugs

Plug wires

Injectors

Both tank pumps

High pressure feul pump

Starter

Starter solenoid

Feul Filter and Electric Tank switch

New distributor and all internals for it

Oil Pan gasket

Window Motors

And more
