I purchased this bike new and have been its only owner. This is a rare bike from a time when Suzuki and Kawasaki co-produced certain models, so it shares most of its parts with the Suzuki DR-Z400. It's street legal but can handle off-roading and trails. It has never been raced. It has some scuffs, like any dual-sport bike, as it has been tipped over but not wrecked. It has seen very little off-road use, mostly section lines for my photography hobby.
This bike will easily do interstate highway speeds, even with the knobby tires. It gets 40-50 miles per gallon and has plenty of power. I'm told it develops a lot more power by doing the "3x3 mod" - modifying the airbox and jetting - but no modifications have been made to this bike. It's 100% stock except for the following extras:
Dunlop DOT knobby tires - street legal but handy on gravel or grass
Luggage rack with tool kit compartment and matching cargo bag (factory accessory)
Carbon fiber front brake disc guard (factory accessory)
